Perched high on a cliff is the mansion known as Shadows House, home to a faceless clan who claim to live like nobles. They express their emotions through living dolls who also constantly clean the soot from the house. One of these servants, Emilio, helps his master Kate learn more about themselves and the mysteries of the mansion.
